Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the services we provide, we cannot offer refunds or returns once the service has commenced. Once the service has started, it is considered that you have agreed to the terms, and no refunds will be issued.
Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service before it begins, you can contact us at dra@kascco.sa to notify us of the cancellation. We will arrange a refund based on our cancellation policies, which may include cancellation fees depending on the service status.
Complaints and Issues
If you encounter a problem or are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible at dra@kascco.sa to file a complaint. We will do our best to address your issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
